We had the pleasure of hosting our first Brew & Business breakfast at the Hyatt Hotel in Düsseldorf’s Media Harbour. The concept behind this event is to foster meaningful connections among a select group of local business leaders in an informal breakfast setting. Our format encourages participants to bring forward topics that reflect their current business challenges and priorities.

During this session, we explored AI beyond the hype, examining its practical impact and potential zero-sum scenarios—situations where solving one problem inadvertently creates another, thereby diminishing or even nullifying the original benefit.
We also discussed strategies for talent retention in continuously evolving organisational environments.
